About Us

Caddick Designs was established in 1987 by Geoff Caddick, Principal Designer and Registered Building Practitioner. The practice is based in the Macedon Ranges region where Geoff has lived and worked for almost 30 years. The business has grown into a thriving family business with daughter, Yvonne Caddick and son, Daniel Caddick also working in the practice. 

 

The practice has a diverse portfolio of projects located across the Macedon Ranges and outer Western Metropolitan suburbs of Melbourne. Projects range from residential, commercial and public building design, town planning applications and project management. 

 

Caddick Designs has a proven track record undertaking building design with diverse variables. Such as heritage, environmental and other planning overlays, sloping and difficult sites, bushfire zones, construction with various material types, and challenging renovation and extension design.
