Caddick Designs was established in 1987 by Geoff Caddick, now owned and operated by daughter Yvonne Caddick. The practice offers services across Victoria, with an office in the Macedon Ranges Shire and a new outpost in the Glenelg Shire.

 

The practice has a diverse portfolio of projects across; residential, commercial and industrial building design, town planning and building permit submissions, energy ratings,
and specialised project management.

Caddick Designs has a proven track record undertaking building design with diverse variables. Such as heritage, environmental and other planning overlays, sloping and difficult sites, bushfire zones, construction with various material types, and challenging renovation and extension design.
